Doug Aarniokoski
Doug Aarniokoski is a filmmaker with over twenty years of experience in film and television. He began his career as a 1st AD on feature films, which sparked his passion for storytelling and led to his transition into directing and producing. Doug has since directed numerous episodes of acclaimed series including Blue Bloods, Star Trek: Discovery, Star Trek: Picard, Criminal Minds, S.W.A.T., Starfleet Academy, and Sleepy Hollow. He has also served as a Producer/Director and Executive Producer on several high-profile television shows. Doug continues to develop original projects while mentoring emerging talent and championing creative collaboration on set.
Andi Armaganian
Andi Armaganian is a television Director and Producer with a background in editing and over 30 years of experience in the industry. She’s directed episodes of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Star Trek: Discovery, Dead Boy Detectives, Rescue: Hi-Surf, The Company You Keep, Supergirl, Arrow, The Flash, and DC’s Stargirl, where she was also the Producer/Director for Season 3. Andi began her career editing more than 100 episodes of television and transitioned into directing through the Warner Bros. Directing Program. She brings a deep understanding of performance, visual storytelling, and on-set collaboration—and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent.
Eric Goins
Eric Goins is an Atlanta-based actor, improviser, and SAG-AFTRA leader with over two decades of industry experience both in front of the camera and behind the scenes. As President of the SAG-AFTRA Atlanta Local and a member of national negotiating committees, he is a vocal advocate for performers’ rights and the future of the industry. Eric’s unique path—from corporate professional to working actor—fuels his mission-driven ventures, including Compass Actor Services, an audition coaching and taping studio, and COLAB, a company that brings the power of improvisation to the workplace. His TV and film credits include The Righteous Gemstones, Halt & Catch Fire, DC’s Stargirl, Black Lightning, Ride Along, The Accountant, and Hulu’s upcoming Murdaugh Murders series. As a coach and collaborator, Eric is known for empowering actors to elevate their work, own their space, and navigate the business with confidence and clarity.
