Doug Aarniokoski
Director & Producer
IMDbDoug Aarniokoski is a director and producer with more than 25 years of experience across television and feature films. He has directed series for major studios and networks, including Star Trek, Criminal Minds, Blue Bloods, S.W.A.T., Tracker, Clarice, and Timeless. He has also served as Producing Director on series including Star Trek: Picard, Limitless, Sleepy Hollow, Bull, and Instinct, helping shape creative vision and guide production across entire seasons.
Known for building strong creative teams and balancing ambitious storytelling with the practical demands of production, Doug works across genres, from action and science fiction to procedural drama and character-driven stories. His approach combines creative problem-solving, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional work on time and on budget.
Doug also mentors actors and filmmakers through Beyond the Audition, which he co-developed, to give performers practical insight into the realities of working in television and film.
He believes the best work comes from trust, shared vision, and collaboration among people who are passionate about telling great stories.
Andi Armaganian
Director & Producer
IMDbAndi Armaganian is a director and producer with more than three decades of experience across television and film. She began her career in animation and live-action editing, eventually editing more than 100 hours of television before making the transition to directing.
Since then, Andi has directed more than 30 episodes across drama, procedural, and genre television, including Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, Star Trek: Discovery, Rescue: HI-Surf, Dead Boy Detectives, Supergirl, Arrow, and DC's Stargirl, where she also served as Producer/Director in Season 3. Her background in editing and producing gives her a unique perspective on story, performance, pacing, and the collaborative process of bringing a project to life.
Andi is passionate about creating work environments built on trust, collaboration, and a shared love of storytelling. She also mentors actors, directors, and filmmakers and co-developed Beyond the Audition, helping performers better understand the realities of working in television and film.
